Our objectives
We have partnered with various international organizations to source trainers of high caliber, expertise and practical know how. We have in-house trainers who are holding PhDs and have done research in regional organizations who can share their skills and knowledge for taking your organization to the next level of growth and profitability. We have track records of having delivered several successful training programs to governmental entities . Having been in the region for last 22 years and delivering business education in the region we have cultural sensitivity required for any successful training delivery.

Team
The Skyline University College Management development program is being run by a team of dedicated resource persons of our University. We have Dr. Beena Salim as the chair of the MDP programs. Dr. Rashad Al Saed and Dr. Riktesh Srivastava are the other eminent team members of this program team.
Dr. Beena Salim is a trainer, consultant in strategy, human resource management and change management and faculty of skyline University College. She has a multitude of experience of being in corporate, as well as consulting and university teaching and research roles. Her professional skills have been utilized by regional organizations like DUBAI in UAE, and various other companies in Far East and India. beena@skylineuniversity.ac.ae
Dr. Rashad Al Saed is professor at skyline university specialized in marketing, strategy and brand building. He has also had a career which has experiences related from being a senior marketing professional to consulting, training and university teaching. Dr. Riktesh Srivastava is a social networking technology Wiz. He has served in many IT projects across Asia and has come back into his passion of teaching and training. Training becomes successful when there is climate for transfer of training in the organization. Managers, Technology and the work environment itself should support the learners.
