To achieve the quality standards for fulfilling the SUC Vision and Mission
To review policy & procedure manuals and update the changes with due process
To assist in developing, implementing and evaluating strategic plan
To identify the data requirements, plan and develop assessment tools helpful in gathering appropriate information for measuring institutional quality and effectiveness
To assist Institutional Effectiveness Committees in improving planning, implementing and maintaining the institutional quality standards
To improve the process of compiling, analyzing and disseminating information for decision making in the process of enhancing institutional quality and effectiveness
To record, organize and present output to meet the accreditation requirements
To facilitate improvements in the staff and faculty evaluation system
To conduct regular reviews and assure compliance to specified quality standards
