OBJECTIVES
  1. Carry out induction orientation for new faculty and staff members for adapting to the organization work culture.
  2. Carry out year round need based orientation for faculty and staff members on regular intervals to tackle academic and academic support issues.
  3. Continuously strive for improvement of operations and systems of SUC through ongoing feedback and open communication.
  4. Encourage faculty members to conduct services activities.
  5. To provide opportunities of freedom to express.
  6. Organize activities for improving faculty & staff interpersonal communication.
  7. Ongoing appreciation for exceptional performance and feedback for any gap in performance.
  8. To evaluate faculty as per FES system.
  9. To evaluate staff as per SES system
  10. Conduct online staff polling
  11. Ensure non-discriminatory work environment by implementing polices and providing equal opportunities to all employees.
  12. Resolve discriminatory and work related issues by means of established grievance procedure.
  13. Ensure maintenance of Faculty diversity ratio is maintained as per the guidelines.
  14. To maintain Faculty to student ratio as per policy and guidelines.
  15. Ensure recruitment of faculty members with appropriate credentials.
  16. Ensure that faculty members teaching load is in compliance with institutional policies & guidelines.
  17. Encourage faculty members to conduct research activities, participation in conference, seminar and workshop to keep them abreast with the current business practices.
  18. Encourage faculty members development through industry exposure.
  19. To evaluate & identify faculty performance gaps.
  20. To conduct faculty & staff development programs.
  21. To identify Faculty & Staff recruitments requirements.
  22. To evaluate cost of recruitment and placement.
  23. Conduct training need analysis.
  24. Conduct employment need analysis.
  25. Follow set standard recruitment procedure.
  26. To employ faculty based on the nationality and cultural mix of students.
  27. Ensure the updates and maintenance of faculty & staff qualification records.
  28. Ensure Full Time & Part Time faculty ratio is maintained.
  29. Ensure the faculty grade records are maintained to offer appropriate avenue for promotions.
  30. Identify the resource person (Internal/ External) from different fields of expertise.
  31. Review the participants feedback for future planning and conduct.
