The Skyline University College Management development program is being run by a team of dedicated resource persons of our University. We have Dr. Beena Salim as the chair of the MDP programs. Dr. Rashad Al Saed and Dr. Riktesh Srivastava are the other eminent team members of this program team.

Dr. Beena Salim is a trainer, consultant in strategy, human resource management and change management and faculty of skyline University College. She has a multitude of experience of being in corporate, as well as consulting and university teaching and research roles. Dr. Rashad Al Saed is professor at skyline university specialized in marketing, strategy and brand building. He has also had a career which has experiences related from being a senior marketing professional to consulting, training and university teaching.
