POLICY ON DOUBLE DEGREE
Students in good academic standing in the current program of study with a Cumulative
Grade Point Average (CGPA) of 3.0 or above are eligible to earn a second Majors
degree. In order to earn double degrees, a student is required to complete a total
of 141 (120 + 21) credit hours.
Worked out example:
A student enrolled in Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) program specializing
in Travel and Tourism Management in Fall' 2006. The student fulfils the graduation
requirements of BBA in Travel and Tourism Management specialization upon completing
120 credit hours with a CGPA of 3.0 or above.
In this scenario, the same student could complete an additional 21 credit hours
of another major, per se in Marketing or in any other major(s) that is/are offered
at the time of petition for such an award, to become eligible to earn the second
degree at the SUC.
The total of 141 credit hours has the following breakdown:
