SEMESTER GRADE POINT AVERAGE [SGPA]
WITHDRAWAL/DROPPING OF A COURSE
Withdrawal of a course can be done within the first week of a semester without paying
any charges and the withdrawn/dropped course/s will not be reflected in the student's
transcript for that semester. However, if the student withdraws after first week
the withdrawal of the course will be reflected in his/ her transcript and a repeating
course fee of that particular academic year will be applicable whenever the student
takes that course.
