Purpose of the Club
The purpose of the Art Club is to provide club members with different opportunities for creative expression. The Art club will allow students to also be teachers as they will teach their medium to the other students involved in the club. The Art Club presents students with an opportunity to practice their artistic abilities, express themselves though art, and contribute to the school and community. Drawing, painting, and sculpting are just a few of the many artistic endeavors in which the students can be involved.

Events Brief

• Election of Club President, Secretary, Club Body
• List out any competitions to participate in during the year
• List out topics for workshops on Art and Photography
• Conduct a workshop each on Art and Photography (Choose a topic and arrange a workshop)
• For photography after the workshop is conducted a competition to be conducted at a different venue. The competition to be judged by the person who conducted the workshop
• All photographers to work for the carnival, Newsline etc.Distribution of areas to concentrate on to be provided on timely basis
• For Art students must either draw something from the workshop and work towards production of individual art or as directed by the Chairperson
• An exhibition of their best work to be displayed on Appreciation day and the best work to be awarded
